Coaching & Development is where we go into your company. Workshops & Intensives is where you come to us. These are our own events — hosted online or in person — that any individual leader or small team can sign up for. Grounded in the same PX3 curriculum, delivered with the same intensity, but open to anyone who wants to develop without waiting for their organization to bring us in.

The Formats

Virtual Intensives
Live, facilitated online sessions on a focused PX3 dimension or a single curriculum module. Join from anywhere, practice in real time.

In-Person Intensives
A full day or half-day of deep, facilitated practice — held at a venue, with a cohort of leaders from different organizations. The energy of a room, applied to real work.

Multi-day events that bring together mid-level managers across industries for structured development, peer learning, and the PX3 framework at scale.
