The Methodology

PX3 — three dimensions of leadership.

Every Atlas interaction is grounded in PX3. Instead of treating leadership as a single skill, PX3 develops a leader across three dimensions at once — so growth is balanced, not lopsided.

Mindset

The cognitive frames, self-awareness, and mental models that precede every decision a leader makes. Skills without the right mindset don’t last.

Heartset

The emotional regulation, presence, and capacity to hold space for others under pressure. Leaders who can’t manage their own state can’t help anyone else manage theirs.

Skillset

The repeatable behaviors and conversations that turn intention into team performance. Mindset without skill can’t execute.

The System

Leadership that’s built, not bought.

Most leadership development fades inside 90 days — because it’s an event, not a system. Atlas installs the practice that makes performance consistent across teams, levels, and change. The launch workshop drives adoption. Advisory keeps the champion supported. Development doesn’t end when the workshop does.

How We Work

Four moves, in order.

01

Diagnose

We start by listening. The PX3 Assessment and honest conversation find exactly where the gap is — Mindset, Heartset, or Skillset — before we touch a solution.

02

Design

We shape the rollout around what we found: the right Atlas tracks, a launch workshop, and advisory support — at the depth that fits.

03

Deliver

Atlas goes live. Managers start practicing on day one, the launch workshop drives adoption, and the dashboard gives L&D a clear line of sight.

04

Drive

Delivery isn’t the finish line. We keep measuring and adjusting, because change only sticks when someone’s minding it — and the champion has advisory support to keep it alive.

Why Both

Real change, delivered two ways.

Atlas is the technology layer — daily practice that compounds. The launch workshop and advisory are the human layer — driving adoption and supporting the champion. PX3 runs through both, natively, because the method and the product were built for each other.
